Le Nez — French for "The Nose" — was founded in Chicago in 2016 from a singular, all-consuming passion: the belief that fragrance is the most intimate form of self-expression. What began as a personal obsession transformed into something far greater.

We Make Only
Extrait de Parfum
While most fragrance brands offer Eau de Toilette (5–15%) or Eau de Parfum (15–20%), every Le Nez creation is composed as Extrait de Parfum — the highest concentration in perfumery, containing up to 30% pure fragrance oil.
This is not a marketing statement. It is a fundamental commitment to the experience of wearing something truly extraordinary. You apply once. You are remembered all day.

The First Bottle
Le Nez opens its first fragrance bar with a collection of just six scents. Word spreads quickly — not through advertising, but through the trail left by those who wore them.
The Oud Collection
The launch of Oud Arabesk marks a turning point — a fragrance that brings the depth and warmth of Middle Eastern perfumery to a new global audience. It becomes an instant icon and remains one of our most celebrated creations.
The Exki Series
The Exki collection is born — a series of contemporary, character-driven fragrances that speak to a new generation of scent lovers. Exki Glam, Exki Peony, and Exki Velour define a new aesthetic for modern luxury.
The Dubai Partnership
Le Nez establishes a global partnership with The Perfume Bar Dubai — one of the Middle East's most celebrated fragrance houses. A relationship built on shared conviction: that fragrance is the highest form of personal expression.
Chicago Atelier & Beyond
Le Nez is open at 2657 N Clark St in Lincoln Park — welcoming guests for guided blending sessions, private events, and bespoke creation. New fragrances, new stories, and a global identity that grows with every accord composed.

At Le Nez, we make only one concession: to quality. Every bottle you hold contains up to 30% pure fragrance extract — three to five times the concentration of a standard Eau de Parfum.

Le Nez Perfume Bar Chicago is proud to operate in partnership with The Perfume Bar Dubai — one of the Middle East's most celebrated fragrance houses, and a name synonymous with rare materials, master craftsmanship, and the deep sensory traditions of Arabian perfumery.
This partnership is not commercial — it is convictional. Both houses share a single belief: that fragrance, composed with integrity and rare materials, is capable of becoming something greater than luxury. It becomes memory.

Through this collaboration, Le Nez clients have access to rare Middle Eastern materials — aged Cambodian oud, Iranian saffron, and resinous ambers — sourced exclusively through The Perfume Bar Dubai's long-standing partnerships with growers and distillers across the region. These are ingredients that cannot be bought on the open market. They must be earned through relationship.

We journey to the source. From the oud forests of Laos to the rose valleys of Bulgaria — every ingredient in a Le Nez fragrance is selected by hand, chosen for depth of character above all else.
Oud
The most precious ingredient in perfumery. Hand-selected agarwood aged for decades — resinous, profound, and irreplaceable.
Bulgarian Rose
Harvested at dawn in May when the oil content peaks. It takes 4 tonnes of petals to produce a single kilogram of absolute.
Amber & Saffron
The warmth that anchors a fragrance to the skin. Amber provides depth; saffron adds a leathered, golden complexity found in nothing else.
Jasmine Absolute
The queen of florals. Grasse jasmine absolute possesses an indolic richness that no synthetic can replicate — seductive, complex, human.
Honey
A golden warmth that wraps the skin like liquid amber — rich, sensual, impossibly close. Honey gives a fragrance its most intimate quality.
Orchid
The rarest bloom in perfumery — delicate yet complex, feminine yet commanding. Orchid adds a soft, powdery mystery that lingers long after you leave.
